Progress and Visions in Consciousness Science

An interdisciplinary online seminar series organised by AMCS, MESEC and OMCAN

Dear Consciousness Aficionados,

After two rewarding seminar series in 2018 and 2020, we are excited to announce a new online seminar series organised jointly by the Association for Mathematical Consciousness Science (AMCS), the Mediterranean Society for Consciousness Science (MESEC) and the Oxford Mathematics of Consciousness and Applications Network (OMCAN).

Goals of the Series

Our goal with this seminar series is to build an inclusive and open-minded space to discuss progress and visions in consciousness science, and connect with other researchers. We will focus on all topics related to current progress, open questions, visions, and challenges in consciousness science. To this end, the series will feature invited talks in various formats, all of which are followed by a discussion session. Talks and Q&A are open to the general public, while discussion sessions are open to members of the organising societies.

This series is organised on a rolling basis, meaning that speakers are invited as the series progresses. We are happy to confirm the following list of speakers. Please click on “translate” to translate the time to your own time zone.
